It has among other Euripean exposure and is not beholden to Albeta like others.  

Has it reached an inflection point this week? Yes, but if the recession is on the horizon and with Aramco's IPO scheduled soaking up a lot of equity, there could be continued weakness or at nest "flatlining" during this time. 

As juicy as this dividend is the risks of a dividend cut are high.  Mayne not in the next two quarters but within the year .

Canadian Dollar - Watch Out

One to watch over the next 18 months at least as federal Liberal spending/deficits increase (satisfying NDP and possibly BQ agendas in addition to Liberal agendas), adding to the total $768 Billion of federal debt ($22,000 for every Canadian, including debt of all the provinces would be ~$44,000) and Canadian GDP that may not live up to its projections for example due to the further self-destruction of Canada's own energy industry.
