The Militant Left and Regard For Canada's Already Overly Generous Immigration Institution: Throw the Doors Open To Anyone Who Is in Canada (Student Visas, Work Permits)

Because someone happens to be in Canada (eg. on a student visa) they should receive the tax payer funded rights (healthcare, etc) of a Canadian citizen?  Where do these "advocates" come from?
