C'est la Vie: Really Petty Tactics at SAQ Shows Unions Are a Way of Life in Québec

I remember the days of the camo pants worn by the cops during a similar time of red patch student (local and recruited international students) protests in the streets.  Why is the mentality so "union based " in Quebec ?
