Yet another entry/immigration system likely to result in chronic "labour shortages" or "skills shortage" as we are told year in, year out as decades of previous programs have resulted in such. Immigration has been happening how long in Canada? And governments still cannot get it right? Time to discuss taking the Ministry of Immigration, Refugees and Canadian Citizenship out of government hands and making it independent like the Courts, Bank of Canada. Away from election promises (and failures).
