Huh? With a 2.4 million applicants backlog, 40,000 Afghan refugees and 54,000 refugees taking precedent, and passports that cannot be issued, this is the NDPLiberals' response? How does this make sense? Take the Ministry of Immigration, Refugees and Canadian Citizenship quotas out of government hands and make it independent like Courts, Bank of Canada.
