Arms Length Transaction Or Favour for Bombardier? Although Not a Liberal Governmental "Handout", This Time an All Cash, Head Scratching Acquisition

The Liberal connections to the Bombardier public company and founding family are so strong that red flags must be raining on the compliance field.  Of course they are, but no one is enforcing any punishments, rules or spirit of bona fide acquisition type transactions.   

Very questionable - squandering people's pensions plans, funded by government and public service paycheques, on purchasing lemon assets to keep Bombardier afloat, and  a transaction that is so so rife with conflicts.
