How or why would any new or expanding business look to Canada as a place to set up shop. After putting in the hard effort of sourcing employees, scoping out a suitable location and jurisdiction, seeking approvals and permits, being subjected to the various levels of red tape, now there are carbon taxes and increased wages thanks to provincial counterparts.
