It looked like a hard hit right on the goal line during the Montreal versus Ottawa mathc, and not entirely clear as to what happened on the sidelines; however, quarterback John Manziel is now showing symptoms similar to a concussion and has missed practicing with his Alouettes team mates.
TSN also mentioned (uncovered?) that Manziel may also be suffering these symptoms as per his mental health medications.
Another unexpected event in this quarterback's entry into the CFL. He has attracted much interest, many headlines and mustered up ticket sales at home in Montreal and away. The Alouettes and the CFL need him to be well. Quick recovery Johnny!
