A committee proposal to continue on with the WE Charity scandal work before a prorogued Parliament to one party means a confidence motion to another party and a "we will be no part of this" to another party.  Unfortunately one party in this Mexican standoff is going to make the call - that is Jagmeet Singh.  Will it be the confirmation of a NDPLiberals coalition or will the NDP truly stand on its own?
