Canada: Where Selective and Allowable Outrage Is Allowed in Burning Down Catholic Chirches :

Add to the protesting thuggery of vandalism and defacing statues. Now the burning if not one but four Catholic churches, down to the ground, does not spark outrage and blame from the media but almost a tone of understanding and justification. Had it been a mosque, synagogue or other there would be hell to pay.

Although Bill C-36 was sneakily and cheekily introduced after the House closed for its summer break and only relates to online hate, here we have a real life example with no mention of "hate crime" reported.
