With 411,000 permanent residents (that can take off as soon as a green card arrives) set to arrive in 2022 (423,000 in 2023), who is more out of touch with reality - our broken ministry of Immigration, Refugee and Canadian Citizenship or this nonsensical tech group Council of Canadian Innovators?

 With 411,000 permanent residents (that can take off as soon as a green card arrives) set to arrive in 2022 (423,000 in 2023), who is more out of touch with reality -  our broken ministry of Immigration, Refugee and Canadian Citizenship or this nonsensical tech group Council of Canadian Innovators?
