With Canada's "open" and "diverse" immigration system allowing ~250,000 to 300,000 annually, how can such a treasured system CHRONICALLY result in i) skills shortages, ii) aging population demographics impacting pensions, and iii) burdening three major urban centres/reducing less urban areas? Race, religion and gender aside.
