Your Federal Court Judges At Work: Salvadoran With MS-13 Ties Ordered Deported, Then a Sudden Reversal As His Tattoos "Could Lead People To Think He Is a Member of MS-13"...???

What the...?!?!

After Ontario Superior Court judge Belobaba's two recent and famous wild card decisions (the first regarding the $10M payment to everyone's favourite Candadian, Omar Khadr and the recent decision against reducing Toronto's city councillors due to, sit down, breaching "the municipal voter’s right to cast a vote that can result in effective representation” as wards would be, wait for it -  here is where simple math kicks in - larger!), now we have this dumbassery flu infecting Federal Court judges.
