Canada's Express Entry Program Comprising 25% of Future Immigration Levels: Will This be the Program That Fixes Them All?

 Somehow this is supposed to fix the record breaking unemployment as well as chronic "skills shortages" and "aging population" - two of the problems every time you open a paper and that have been unsolved issues for decades despite Canada's overly generous immigration programs. Will this  be the program that finally gets it right?

"...The admission target for Canada’s PNP has been set in the plan at 80,800 for 2021, and this number is expected to increase annually.

For 2022 and 2023, IRCC is planning to raise the number of PNP admissions to 81,500 and 83,000, respectively...."
