Once again Minister Jean-Yves Duclos gets the short end of the stick. Whenever a bewildering answer is required to an obvious problem, send out Minister Jean-Yves Duclos. He has made a career of it. Whether it is explaining why Services Canada began using "Parent 1" and "Parent 2" versus Mom and/or Dad or this basic question of "where are the billions going?", Duclos is the mindless Liberal robot that actually speaks the illogical answers/justifications. How can he sleep at night?
