"Low" unemployment rate and "Free" universal health care? This is Canada? Then why are my (among others) provincial taxes so high with most of those provincial tax dollars going to health care "expenditures"? Significantly more dollars than even second place education? (Yet another example of reckless, leftist reporting when health care is portrayed like this).
