An inconvenience from a stubborn yet defiant group of truckers with horns in one city that could have been easily stopped by extra police muscle (which it was) turns into a "national emergency" with a dictator like, national Act being invoked to seize financial assets, etc.
But, Montreal may Day riots, burning Catholic churches, beheading or vandalism of historical statues, stealth violent attacks on Coastal Gas Link camps and other infrastructure (pipelines), repeated ethics violations of an elected leader....no condemnation by anyone, nor any media, politician.
