Combined with the ridiculous "invite" to China's PLA to "share" arctic battle measures and the ongoing Meng case, this puts more strain on Canadian Chinese relations. The right decision ruled on this transaction given the abundance of port and air strip infrastructure in Canada's remote north for such a Chinese government influenced entity to run amok.
