With the Highest Unemployment in the G7 (10.2%), Canada Doubkes Down in the "Immigration Card" With 400,000 Entrants Annually - Only 60% as "Skilled Workers"

With Canada having the highest unemployment rate in the G7 (10.2%) what will the remaining 40% of those allowed to live and work in Canada (nearly 200,000) that are not "skilled" do?
